First of all I like the quality of the makeup remover pads I just received in the mail, they seem to hold up well if washed properly. So I'm sad I only got 11 pads when 12 were advertised. Be sure to count when ordering! Too bad I can't write a good review! --- UPDATE --- The company contacted me immediately after my review was posted. They were very helpful and apologized for the missing items. They fixed the situation just as quickly and now I have a complete set. The quality never ceases to amaze me and I love using the circles to remove makeup and apply toner. Excellent purchase!
