2 Wired together for my opinion

I don't like the fact that the 2 separate lights are wired together and only have one solar panel. The wire attaching the 2 together is not very long so you literally have to place them a few feet from each other. These were a birthday gift for my sister, and she says she loves them, but only to not be rude. They're pretty colorful, but just not great in my opinion.
