6’3”, 210lbs. revain, in their infinite information gathering, thought that an XL is "true to size” with this product.Sleeve length is about 4” (10cm) from my wrist bone.I hope tags don’t bother you- the tag on this is about 6” long.It’s probably only good for a base layer once you cut the tag off and aren’t worried about how much of your arm is covered.
