So I was so excited when I ordered this. I soon became disillusioned. I had to use masking tape to stick the glossy vinyl to the mat. It didn't cut well, even with the added pressure on my Cricut. The clear plastic then separated from the glitter so I had to glue the two layers together to use the vinyl which I didn't cut. Worst of all, my husband came into the shop and said he smelled a FISH! Turns out the blue heart smells like cooked fish! NOT portable vinyl - no. I will not buy this brand again although I like the design. Edit: After the second wash and dry, the "shine" was gone. The "fishy" smell is gone, but I'm afraid the next wash will make the heart look like it's had a fight. It's not worth it.
