I bought these to replace the Cobra FRS radios for our team. The sound quality is excellent even when using headphones. Each feature is programmable, so each radio can be configured to turn on whatever features you want turned on. This makes it very easy for users as they can just toggle it on and off without messing around with any settings. The ability to work in dual channel mode with optional Dual View is a very useful feature that works great. The wake-up message is also a useful feature, especially if you want to personalize radios for specific users and tag them with the wake-up message. We've been using it for about a month now and everyone on the team is very happy with it. Update: Still very happy with these radios. All 10 still work perfectly. Sound quality and battery life were excellent. The only problem was that the clamp screws came loose. You just need to check them sometimes. Every Sunday we usually use about 6 out of 10 radios. I have a timer to charge several hours a day for a week to avoid overcharging. Batteries continue to charge normally and hold the charge without any problems. We use surveillance headsets all the time and haven't had any issues with the connections. I highly recommend them. Update after more than a year of use. These are great radios. All 10 still work without problems. all switches, plugs and sockets still work without problems. We are very happy with the clarity of the sound and the ease of use. We have a fairly large building and haven't had any problems with range or interference. Just remember to check the screws that hold the belt clip in place from time to time. Several were broken and lost. This was great for us too.
