These run quite large
Like it says on the site, order a size down if you want it to fit closer. But I didn't do that because I like my nightgowns to be roomy. I am hoping it will shrink just a little bit, but if not, I am fine. It is made of a narrow ribbed fabric, which I did not notice on the site. That allows for even more give to sizing.
