Essential tool for changing spark plugs on VW Jetta 2002 (and similar models). This makes removing/installing wire tips very easy and quick. Also, no other engine parts need to be removed. With some effort I managed to service the spark plugs on cylinders #1 and #4 with needle nose pliers, but #3 and especially #2 was a whole different story. .With this tool I was able to get the job done in 5 minutes and didn't damage the wires/housing. Obviously spending money on a highly specialized tool with limited utility may seem like a waste of money, but the convenience factor is such that I feel it was worth it. If I had to do it all over again I would start by buying this tool and never look back.
