It didn't take as long as I hoped. This one does the trick. I have a Garmin Venu that I record all my workouts on. He found each other quickly and stays in touch. When I start the exercise, it reconnects within seconds. I didn't notice any noticeable difference between this HRM and the one I've used before. It never falls out and it doesn't have the weird, huge wobbles that some straps do. It is also comfortable to wear. The strap doesn't twist like some do. I'm happy to give five stars for accuracy and comfort. I'm not sure what the price will end up being, so I can't say for sure how good it is cost-wise.
