A friend mentioned the ease of using a onesie after his dog had surgery so I decided to give it a try after my puppy was spayed. It is so much better and I’m sure more comfortable for her than using the cone, especially at night. I wasn’t sure how it would work when she needed to go potty, but when she squared the opening allows her to go to the bathroom without anything getting on the suit/onsie! It was kind of cool! She didn’t seem to mind wearing it and it kept her from licking the incision. I was able to wash and dry it on low heat with no problem- easy to clean. I actually bought the xl and l. Although the large fit, it seemed a bit snug so I kept her in the xl even though it was much bigger. She was 28lbs and about 22 inches around her chest. It stretches too.She went for her vet check up this past Saturday and was told her incision looks fantastic with no issues! Ps it also helped reduce a lot of her shedding when she wore it. May have to have her wear it more often lol
