Heavy duty! good for me

I have never bought a waist trainer before but hot diggity dog! This thing is sturdy. It isn't bulky but it has some weight and support to it. I bought a 3x. My measurements are: Belly button- 46.16Waist - 39.09. I had to lay down on the bed to get everything in. My back fat and side boob fat spills ALL the way out. I just put another spanx type on top of it. It is tight. I'll update to see if I can tolerate it.
