January 25, 2017 ============== The XKchrome Controller has arrived DOA. Do not use the product with a defective controller. The entire system depends on the XKchrome controller. Without them, LEDs are useless! I'm waiting for an email response from the retailer of the product who will hopefully resolve the issue in a timely manner. More updates will follow. Today I contacted XKGLOW and spoke to Andy. He looks like a very nice and understanding man. He explained that he ALREADY placed an order for a new XKchrome controller and is currently shipping it via priority mail with a "prepaid return label" for the faulty controller. How great! Excellent customer service! He assured me that they would pre-test the controller to make sure it works before sending it to me! I couldn't ask for better service. You also need to understand that this all happened in less than 24 hours. not 10 to 14 business days or 3-4 weeks like some companies! If all goes well, it's an exchange.
