Great Service, Excellent Product: Hippo CMMS

I like that this system integrates with my accounting software and allows me to see what repairs are pending. We have been able to reduce our service calls by over 50%. It has made it easier to track when workers complete jobs and when they are scheduled for next jobs. The customer service from Hippo is outstanding! Their support team is very helpful and responsive. There is nothing I dislike about Hippo. I would highly recommend using their system. We were a little confused at first because we had never used an automated system before. The system is easy to navigate and understand. It helps us keep track of our schedule and work orders.
