I've been leery about trying a product like this, but I took he plunge. After one use, I'm happy to report that I did not damage my ear in any way! The instructions included in the package are not very detailed, but the pictures were adequate to get me up and running. There is a QR code in the instructions that helps to get to the smartphone app and download it. It said to charge for one hour. My experience was just short of that. Connecting the device to my phone via WiFi was a breeze. It took some patience to find the right way to hold the device to get to the wax, and I didn't get as much wax removed as I thought I would. However, I don't fault the product for that, and I'm hoping that I'll be more proficient at it as I use it a few more times. I would confidently recommend this product to anyone in need of a tool like this.
