I have many different smart cameras and wired cameras. This rating is based on the mount, not the flex itself (which I really like). The packaging is consistent with other products of this caliber and is typical of canary packs. Smooth and apple. Assembly is easy or installation (took 3 minutes, two of which were to find with my drill and drill). Supplied with two screws and two drywall anchors. When drilling in concrete/plaster you can try these anchors or buy special stone anchors. I mounted mine on a tree. Comes with a tool key for attachment and flex (same). Releasing the button allows you to adjust the placement of the device. I also like the fact that one hole is fixed and the second hole for the mount is adjustable, allowing for fine adjustment of the mount itself. The quality corresponds to Canarian products. Some of the other outdoor cameras had a plastic case that made them appear more fragile. I've only been using the clip-on flex cable for a few days, but it seems to be working very well. Just check the strength of your Wi-Fi signal before choosing a location. Good product!
