Through some modifications it worked
The headrest is made quite well. A zipper to remove the "sticky" foam insert is good. And it was necessary to redo the foam. It was too thick to be comfortable. I skimmed off the foam and cut off about 3/4 inch with a very sharp kitchen knife. Now everything is in order.
