This was my first experience with this product and I am amazed at how much easier it is than shaving. My only complaint is that I thought my bottle was broken as nothing was deflated, but when I took it apart I found that it had to be held upside down for it to work properly. Maybe there will be something on the label about that in the future. I can say it has worked great (for me at least) on sensitive areas with no burns or anything. Overall very satisfied and will probably buy more.
