It was really easy, the instructions were simple and it works. The first use was 99% cheaper and I'm pretty sure there was 1% left over because I didn't evenly distribute it. I was skeptical at first when I bought this product as many other products didn't work for me. Holy cow, this thing works! I've used it for manscaping the lower areas and it works really well! I had some irritation and burning but mainly because I was using a razor to clean and not taking care of my skin so take care of your skin first! I also have very thick hair so I was really surprised that this worked so well when I followed the directions. I am very happy with my purchase!

This was my first experience with this product and I am amazed at how much easier it is than shaving. My only complaint is that I thought my bottle was broken as nothing was deflated, but when I took it apart I found that it had to be held upside down for it to work properly. Maybe there will be something on the label about that in the future. I can say it has worked great (for me at least) on sensitive areas with no burns or anything.
