I use the charger with a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and it is excellent. 1. It arrived clean and undamaged within a few days. I used free shipping, not prime. 2. Comes with cable and stand. The cable is a USB to micro USB cable that plugs into the charging station. No adapter is supplied. Therefore, you must use your own USB port or adapter. I use my old Samsung Galaxy 5 adapter and have a picture of it in this review. To be clear, it does not come with this adapter. 3. The stand securely holds your phone in an upright portrait or sideways landscape position. 4. You can put the phone on the stand casually. That means there's no complicated sweet spot to hit to activate charging. 5. There is a blue indicator light on the front of the charger to indicate that it is connected and not charging. When you connect your phone to the charger, the indicator will glow green to show that it's charging. My Samsung Note 9 also immediately shows the percentage of charge. 6. Charges the phone quickly. While I haven't officially timed it, I didn't notice any difference between the cable and adapter that came with the phone and this charger.
