The product didn't even last a month. This is the second time I'm sending it back. The first product I bought overheated and wouldn't turn off when the water boiled. The handle was very hot and I had to use gloves to touch it. I also had to unplug it because the switch stopped working. I thought I just had a faulty one, so I exchanged it for another. The same thing happened after a month of use. I really liked the kettle, I want it to work properly and longer, but I will not switch and buy a third one.
