They are perfect for my laundry/dressing area. HEAVY DUTY AND EASY TO INSTALL - It took me less than 30 minutes to install 3 of these all over my house. I have one in the laundry room for hanging clothes straight out of the dryer and also for hanging wet clothes that shouldn't be in it. Dryer. It's a durable metal but with a nice texture so it goes well with my farmhouse decor. It folds flat against the wall when not in use so people taller than me don't bang their heads on it, but I can set it low enough to use the steamer on anything that creases Has. I put one in the pantry to hang aprons on and it folds back up. flat, also skirted so they're out of the way until you need them. I put the third one on in my bathroom because I like to change into my work clothes the night before. This allows me to hang it where I like to get dressed, plus if I need to steam out any wrinkles, it's 12 inches from the wall so my drywall doesn't fog up, either. When I get dressed, it folds against the wall and looks decorative.
