Bought because of 5 star reviews. I used a carrier to take my kittens to the vet. They were pretty comfortable because I opened up the sides so they had more room. Unfortunately one of the kittens had a large poop so I cleaned up as best I could, went to Walmart and bought a towel to cover the floor. When I got home, I washed the towel and the fluffy pillow. When I put the plastic base back into the fluffy padding, the zipper broke immediately. If I had to do it all over again, I'd buy a hard drive instead.
