Excellent product. My dog was in it on a flight and felt very comfortable. I previously bought one of these and the straps snapped and my dog weighed less than 5 pounds. My dog weighs about 15 pounds, more or less depending on how many treats people sneak up on him. I think the ability to open the sides and expand the bag is very helpful on long plane trips. Definitely recommend.

Again I was given the wrong size and the quality of this bra is the worst I have seen. I have received about a dozen bags and this bag is the best the worst. Carelessly sewn, does not open, the size did not fit. It can't be a big size 19x12x12, it's more like a small or medium size. I thought it was a mistake the first time, so I sent it back. They had another shipment so they tried again but the second bag was worse than the first. I came back for a refund and it's been two weeks now!

Bought because of 5 star reviews. I used a carrier to take my kittens to the vet. They were pretty comfortable because I opened up the sides so they had more room. Unfortunately one of the kittens had a large poop so I cleaned up as best I could, went to Walmart and bought a towel to cover the floor. When I got home, I washed the towel and the fluffy pillow. The overall design of the bag is great. My little dog loves it because it's spacious. The only downside is that it's not very durable for small dogs who like to chew on everything as it's already destroyed the zipper and works with mesh. Luckily the bag has a lot of zippers so I can get it working temporarily but I don't think this bag will last long. I think I'll have to buy a new one in a few months. Hi I need a new holdall for my Maltese Bichon. Milo weighs about 12 pounds and fits perfectly in a bag. The height of the bag is slightly higher on the waisted side, so the head hangs lower.
