These are perfect for experimenting with my jeans a bit before buying new ones when I lose weight. Super easy to use, stable even during the working day in a very active catering establishment. The only downside I have is that they should be removed every time you wash your pants. Taking them out and putting them back in is quite difficult - it's not difficult, but it takes a while. I've only left them the last couple of times to wash my jeans as these are old jeans that are going to wear out soon and I won't get too upset if they get ruined and so far they've held up great. But I know I'll try my luck Another disadvantage is that the long side of the needle is for the inside of the pants. Again, I move a lot for work and they're pretty annoying all day. I turned them over so the decorative flat side was on the inside and the shaft of the needle was on the outside. For my purposes this works well enough since no one will see her between the belt and shirt anyway, but if your waist is open it doesn't look as pretty.
