I am satisfied, the purchase is quite successful.

I installed the Thermalright Silver Arrow 130 CPU cooler model on my i7 10700f and started it at a frequency of 4.295 GHz, the RAM with the XMP profile started up at 3000 MHz in dual-channel mode.
If we keep in mind the drawback indicated above, then I recommend it for purchase, especially considering that recently there has been a noticeable decrease in prices for the Comet Lake generation.

Pros

Of the advantages, I would note the increased performance compared to the i7 4770, at least twice in all tasks (office applications, games, work in video and photo editors).

Cons

Among the shortcomings, I would note the many times increased heat dissipation in turbo mode (from 3 to 4.7 GHz) and, as a result, the need to purchase a processor tower cooler with a TDP (thermal design power) of at least 200 W.
