Although I've only been using this brush for a short time, it works well, is quiet and I like the variable speed/vibration modes it offers. It has enough tips to last 2-3 years and I love that it has a UV light that cleans the brush! The handle is comfortable for both my small hands and my partners large hands. After all, she looks good just lying on the counter. UPDATE: I've been using and enjoying this toothbrush for several months now and it's GREAT, holds a charge well and I use a UV sanitizer almost daily. . That's amazing value!
