The first one we ordered was difficult to blow and took a while. I was also disappointed that neither the inflation tool nor the tow line were included. It was very disappointing, we tried to fix it with several different patches and kits but nothing worked, it kept losing air. Very disappointing after minimal use. On a positive note, the company was quick to refund us and sent us another tube to try again. So far so good, but we've only used it once. Hoping that it stays inflated and doesn't lose air or get holes or tears.
