The "year's supply" claim of vitamin C powder is a false claim. A month and a half between refills is actually more like 3 or 4 days if a person takes a 15 minute shower a day. More than one person? Forget it. It is not even a question of whether the vitamin C supplied in this way actually has an effect on the human body. Anyway, my skin has gotten a little dry. This is likely due to the 100ppm increase in total dissolved solids in my shower water. So I don't believe the claims about vitamin C. All of that is to say that this is a pretty cool hand shower for the low price. This hose is very flexible, will not kink or leak. Jet settings are adequate but with a slight drop in water pressure compared to my previous showerhead. Lots of things to like for the price. Forget vitamin C
