The best thing about netgovern is its user interface which makes it very easy to use for all users of my organization regardless of experience level or technical knowledge. It has helped me streamline many processes across our organization by allowing us to centralize customer records within one platform. I do not like how some functions are designed such as creating folders from emails but this can easily be fixed if needed. If you have multiple departments then it will help manage your email system better than having each person managing his/her own inbox. We solved problems associated with tracking important documents and communicating internally.
