Review on 🔥 Efficient Gray Dr. Heater DR-910F Shop Garage Heater for Optimal Heating Performance by Yung Kitamura

I bought this 10kw heater when the price dropped to about $350. Most heaters of this size will be significantly more expensive. I received it and installed it, but the thermostat didn't change with the remote control after the initial installation. I called Amazon and they sent a replacement which arrived the next day. Excellent customer service. I installed a replacement heater and it too had a thermostat error the first time it was turned on. I contacted the manufacturer right before closing time and tech support called me back the next day. The tech support guy was great and let me investigate the wiring to the switch that selects the internal or external thermostat. After I described the connections, he informed me that the switch was connected in reverse. I swapped the connections and it's been working as it should ever since. Ironically, to gain access to this wiring, I had to remove the access panel, which had a sticker that said Quality Control Passed on it. I'm glad I didn't send it back because the heater works great. The heater is installed in a well insulated 1,800 square foot 5 car garage and when the outside temperature is 20-30 degrees it easily keeps the temperature in the garage at 50 degrees and runs for 5 to 10 minutes every hour or so. I recommend, if you feel comfortable, changing cable connections under the guidance of MFG Technical Support.
