I have other massagers but they require me to hold them while using them which means I can't get the best relief from them. With that, I feel like I've finally found my perfect match. The controls are very easy to understand. I love that you can change the rotation, a feature my other Shiatsu massager doesn't have, and that it's very gentle rather than hard. Heat also works very well, warming up just enough to provide the benefits of heat therapy. It really helps to have heat and massage at the same time. The massager is quiet and I find the sound really soothing, like a subtle sound machine. You can make yourself very comfortable when wearing it. With great relief comes good sleep!
