Poor quality, not worth the money.
I had higher hopes for anything labeled "made in Japan," but I was very let down. They exchanged it for a different lens of the same kind as part of the warranty. They didn't even argue with each other. In overall, he ended up being considerably better than expected. In conclusion, you really got lucky with that purchase.
