Bought a certified used one. It was written as new but there were many scratches on the outside. I wouldn't even say it's in excellent condition, maybe in good condition but definitely not like new. But mostly it didn't reset the settings. It was in Spanish and was still in someone's private email and whatnot. I immediately logged off and got ready to get back on. Unacceptable. I bought a new one hoping for the best but it was very slow. Only one application could run at a time, or I was having too many problems. Also, the screen might be glitchy when typing on a certain part of the keyboard as if it interferes with the connection to the keyboard. I ended up going back and getting a different brand.
