Review on Zigzagger by Brandon Selpasoria

Zigzagger sounded like it would be a great place to get everything I needed to update my wardrobe in one place, so I couldn't wait to give it a try. Unfortunately, my interactions with the firm left me feeling let down and aggravated. Their website was the first place I ran into trouble. I had a hard time navigating it and finding what I needed because of how slow it was. After searching for a while, I decided on a pair of shoes to purchase and excitedly awaited their arrival. When the shoes finally arrived, I discovered they were a different color than they appeared online. The fact that they were both cheaply manufactured and difficult to wear added insult to injury. I had to endure long hold periods and useless staff when I called customer service to request a refund for the shoes I had purchased. It took multiple tries to reach someone, and after I did, they still wouldn't give me my money back in full. Zigzagger as a whole was a huge letdown for me. This online shop is terrible, from its confusing interface to its low-quality goods and inadequate customer support.
