The antenna trim on my 2007 Tundra was badly damaged and the dealer quoted me at $201.51 for parts and labor for a replacement. $38.75 for one piece, so the price of $21 (when I bought) is a lot for it. The dealer said they have to pull out the panels in the wheel arch to replace them and that's why it's so expensive. Well there are a few YouTube videos showing how to replace this part. The whole job took me 5 minutes and it looks as good as the truck is new. If you're a little mechanical or good with tools, you can easily replace them too.
