Review on 🌬️ Maxx Air 20" Indoor/Outdoor Rated Pedestal Fan: Ideal for Patio, Barn, Shop, Restaurant by Christina Sampson

Revainrating 3 out of 5

That's what you're thinking: Loud/large amount of air

That's what you think. Large volume, fairly noisy fan for outdoor use. It has 3 speeds: loud and fast, louder and faster, louder and faster. There isn't what I would call a low setting. Tilts up and down, not side to side. I bought a cheap kettle grill lid for this, it works great and after a few months there is no wear or problems to report. It will definitely keep you cool, but this is an informal fanboy. This is not the type of fan you would use in most living spaces. In my opinion this is for you and the kids, not for an outdoor dinner party. Or it works well in an industrial/commercial environment. We sit about a meter away from him and we're still talking, and you end up liking the noise less and less, but for some people that won't be acceptable. It's a bargain, there were a few minor blemishes like a bent mounting point that don't typically affect performance or aesthetics (you REALLY have to look to notice). If you are not willing to spend significantly more for a larger fan (same air volume, lower speed) with finer speed control, this could help you cool down and get rid of some insects on your family patio, this is for us. Troubleshooting Note: You will almost always need to press the "Reset" button on the GFCI connector the first time you reconnect the fan (we leave it out so it stays unconnected).
