Very disappointing purchase
To create a backflow, the incense cone must be placed on the elephant's head. However, the slot created for this is not level, so many of the cones, which are not always flat at the bottom either, fall off. I've tried shaving off some of the underside of the cone or using a stick of match to even out the tilt of the elephant's head, but neither work very well and ridiculously swallow the tooth. I am very disappointed that I paid so much money for something that is basically useless to me.
