Failed Twice - Computers and Tablets

Received a computer. It ran once and didn't restart Windows on reboot. I called support. They were caring and tried to help, but "No". I recommend returning to AMAZON for a replacement. did it Upon arrival, the new computer started once and then wouldn't restart. Exactly the same problem! Sent back for a refund. Get two stars for good customer service (retailer and AMAZON). I'm sorry but I need a working computer as soon as possible. Bought this one because the old one broke. Will have to try another provider.
