Review on πŸ”Š Powerful 6 Channel Bluetooth Home Audio Amplifier System with 750W, USB, Micro SD, Headphone, and Microphone Inputs - Pyle PA Sound Receiver by Ann Montana

Revainrating 4 out of 5

VERY inconvenient and difficult to use! Not many features.

Volume controls are so complicated that this unit is almost unusable. When the controls are turned all the way up it takes a while before you hear any sound at all, then the volume starts to increase. Like that quickly that it's almost impossible to find the volume I want, I have to go back and forth from room to room to make these tiny hair adjustments and get big changes in volume, then when it hits a certain level almost those change The last two-thirds of a knob's rotation the volume is very little. The remote control is almost useless and the instructions are no better. Still trying to figure out how things work by trial and error. Also, there's no connector for an external antenna , and the included FM antenna is no good at all. There is no timer shutdown function. I couldn't get the USB n. or SD functions work at all. The pathetic, poorly translated user manual offered with the machine offers little information other than a repetitive description of the machine's functions, with little or no instruction on how to operate those functions. There's a dial for selecting inputs, as well as the ability to select inputs on the display using buttons or a remote - they don't mix at all. I can't change the inputs without adjusting both, making the remote unusable. The remote changes the overall volume (radio and BT only, not AUX) and doesn't do anything else - except turn off the device, but that really only serves to turn off the volume. The remote volume increments are also extremely inconsistent. Sometimes there is a one step increase and no change, sometimes you get a big change. Moving from band to band two, band one is muted, but band 2 is pretty loud, and it's not a subtle change, there's almost no control over this piece of junk. . The FM tuner must have scanned and stored the available local stations, which is good, but after a long time trying to figure out how to set the presets (which I usually pick up quickly) I was only able to add static presets. Customer support is missing. Not bad customer service - no.
