It's bright, which is beautiful. It's louder than the last two heaters I've had. It heats up slower than the last three thermal tools I've had. I use it for drying mixed media, watercolor and embossing. This works for what I need. It was very cheap so I got what I paid for. It does what it's supposed to do, but not as well as some I've bought and paid more for. I'm not good with thermal tools and have tried to be sparing with them.
