Each leg needs to be assembled from three stamped steel parts using the bolts and nuts provided - this is not shown in the picture. I think it's hard to expect more for $20, but the result looks a lot less worthy than the picture made it appear to me. Also, the supplied nuts and bolts used to assemble the device are a ridiculously soft alloy, making them impossible to properly tighten with the supplied tools - a socket wrench will strip the bolt head almost instantly. And I think I used the right size Allen wrench as it came with the kit. So functional if you want a cheap stand, but it's pretty flimsy and pretty ugly looking.
