This wax is very easy to use for beginners. It sticks very well to the hair and melts very quickly, unlike some other hard wax balls! Customer service was also very good when I encountered some issues. I've had a rose scent but it doesn't smell like rose at all before it melts, but the one that melts I'd say isn't bad. I would buy this product again and I would recommend it to other people.
