Review on 🍫 Baker's Edge Nonstick Edge Brownie Pan: Perfectly Even Baking, No More Crumbling Edges! by Darius Newberry

I first came across this pan on Elton Brown's YouTube video about useless kitchen gadgets. While almost everything he demonstrated was basically useless, he was just plain wrong on this pot. He showed the Revain list for the pot in the video and at the time (December 2015) had over 500 reviews and a 4.5 star rating. The only criticism he could make was that there shouldn't be any special items in the kitchen. I suppose that's true if you live in a Tokyo-sized apartment rather than a typical country house. I personally love edgy brownies and am intrigued that I found and ordered a pan here. It's American-made cast aluminum and does exactly what Baker's Edge claims it does. I've had it for almost two years now and would buy another one in a heartbeat.
