Review on Gaming keyboard Redragon Shiva black, Russian by Michal Machnicki ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great value for money, one of the best offers.

6 macro keys are located at the left edge of the keyboard. This is generally convenient, but requires getting used to, since by pressing the buttons blindly (not typing, but pressing individual keys), you are guided by the edges of the keyboard. Example: you need to press esc and out of habit you press the top left button - and you get not on the escape, but on the G1 macro button. Accordingly, after buying this Claudia, I often missed the first week, but then I got used to it and it became convenient.

Pros
  • I am satisfied with the purchase. Pleasant pressing, everything is done with high quality, convenient clip-on stand for brushes. Fully customizable lighting is pleasing to the eye: you can adjust the brightness (up to disable), colors and many different modes. I won’t say anything about durability - I haven’t used it for a very long time yet, maybe, if I don’t forget, I’ll add a review in a year. In general, for its price - an excellent option. It is possible that it’s not even for one’s own either, since everything that is more expensive is, as a rule, markups either stupidly for the brand, or for mechanical keys that are not needed IMHO.
Cons
  • The spring under the gap makes a not-too-pleasant ringing sound when released sharply. And some other dregs with software for Claudia. I didn’t install anything, but it seems that the manufacturer has something, but I can’t find it on the official website, but I found it on some additional site, and there are rumors that it only interferes with the work of Claudia: in short, some kind of dregs and I did not download. But without this, you can only record a macro directly on a macro button: by pressing the rec button and recording a sequence of clicks, and without the ability to somehow save macros to profiles and change them if necessary - such functionality, of course, is not good. But personally, I have been using autohotkey for a long time, so I recorded all the complex actions in AHK, assigning them to certain key combinations, and stupidly assigned these combinations to the macro buttons themselves. And in the same place in AHK, I implemented changing profiles for different tasks by pressing one button.
