The support team is really good, they are always around to help you get things working again when something goes wrong. I have never had an issue with Rack Corp that hasn't been resolved within 24 hours. You could be using better hardware for your virtual servers but it doesn't cost much more so I would not complain. We use Rack Corp for our primary web hosting platform and we also host some of our websites off their servers. We can run multiple different applications on one server which makes managing them easy. We also use their email service.
