I like that it's very easy to use, you can create as many VMs or instances of software packages as needed in one go from any location around the world with no lag time at all. The ease of use is great! I'm able to easily create new accounts with no problems, or troubles that are worth mentioning at all for me as an end user who doesn't have any IT background whatsoever (I am in fact what you would call "tech ignorant").
