Excellent service and support - easy setup
The ease of use is great! I'm able to easily create new accounts with no problems, or troubles that are worth mentioning at all for me as an end user who doesn't have any IT background whatsoever (I am in fact what you would call "tech ignorant").
If it were not compatible between platforms like Windows 10/Windows 7 then maybe this could be better but overall very nice so far :). Support from their team has been excellent when ever we've needed assistance about account management issues etc which helps keep our server running smoothly throughout day-to-day usage requirements.
Pros
- It's easy to navigate around, even if your tech savvy because there will always something helpful provided within each area regardless where its located along your path through using said product especially useful during times requiring fast access due quick updates / changes made without much effort required via logging back into servers regularly after making such necessary ones manually
