Review on The Wooden Wick Co. Crackling Wood Candle Wicks + Clips (25 Wicks, X-Large) for 100% Soy Wax: Premium Wood Candle Wicks for Candle Making by Tara Ford

I really like the crunch of this wick. I tried it in a 3 inch container with soy wax and 7% fragrance oil. The flame is comfortable, however after 4 hours of burning it has not produced a full weld pool. After firing, there was still some wax left on the side of the container. not much within 4 hours but I can say that this wick was too small for a 3 inch container. May be better suited to a 2.5" container. Likes flame, crackle, but doesn't fit my pack size. Wish I could find the same original booster wick, .040" thick but 1/2" wide at 4 Inch. Maybe this will work better for me.
