The original xenon bulb on our 2-stage Ariens snow blower was still working, but it was not very bright. This LED lamp was easily installed and makes a remarkably improved difference in illuminating the area in front of the machine. It's brighter and whiter light output is more effective, even when the engine is throttled down a bit.
