I am very happy with it. My mother had an upper respiratory infection which she spent weeks trying to heal even after the doctor gave her some antibiotics. I bought her this and Now Foods Echinacea and Goldfeather Extract recommended for use. Less than a week later, she now says she feels energized (a word I don't recall ever using before) and wants to know how much it costs so she can get more. Emergencies or downgrading to a lower maintenance type. I don't think she needs either in the long run, but overall she felt that the two products together helped her a lot with that nasty infection that was making her cough up at night.
