I bought two monitors and took the time to set them up on a stand as a dual monitor. The monitor looks and feels good, but the USB-C ports don't work. I called the customer service center and after a few tries I managed to reach tech support who also couldn't help. They must test their product before releasing it. If you are using Apple, USB-C ports will not work with MacBook Air 2021, Macmini and MacBook Pro. I have also used other cables. The monitor works well with HDMI input.
